Year 2000. Al "Karma" Martin (vocals) and Angel (guitar and choirs), influenced by ska-core and third-wave revival bands, like Mad Caddies or Sublime, they joined to compose songs in acoustic with the hope to form a punk-ska band.

Soon the trombonists Pablo "Boldhead" Gonzales joined them. He previously played with Angel in The Subs. The idea was taking form. With several own songs (Mad Feelings, Everything Before, The Hit), Jorge (drums) and Pedro (bass) joined to the band. The intensive skatalitic rhythms, punk melodies and reggae transitions were going to be their signs of identity.

In this same summer, Jorge and Pedro left the group. In spite of that, Angel and Al were not desisting from the idea and they continued composing. Paul produced several acoustic tunes in his house, including two hits called "Caroline" and "The Air". They composed, at least 14 songs. Now, the main problem was to find the rest of the members.

In 2005, Inty, an old friend of the band and The Subs's ex-component occupies the bassist place. Al knowed Juan Carlos, drummer, which in this moment did not play in any band. With few essays in their backs, they take part in Emergenza contest in Ritmo & Compas Hall, in February, 2007. Their fresh and funny style and the fact that their songs were original, it did that the public was voting for them and they were going on to the following round, which would take place in La Sala de Carabanchel's ballroom, which also they overcame. The semi-final would take place a few months later in Copernico Hall, most trained and with most mischievousness in the stage. Thanks to their energetic set, the band passed to the finals, which would take place two months later in the Heineken Hall.

Juan Carlos left the band (and the country) two weeks before the show. Then they signed Eddy Liumander (Los Secretas), that also obtained the prize to the best drummer in Emergenza's final. In the webpage of the mentioned festival appeared the following review:
" Crazy Lucky Stars - One of the bands that more I surprised in the final. Undoubtedly, the better concert of them I could have seen. Their offer is fresh and original, a thing that in the boring musical national panorama is grateful "

After the success in this contest, there j Pier Perceval (Ex-Gente Oscura and Intys brother) joined the band playing guitar, recording songs in the essay local and later in studio with a few sound technician students, which are not still finished completely and you can listen here.
Eddy had to return to the orchestra. But the group signed Jorge a.k.a. Pulpa Boy (their legendary drummer)again. They return to the essays and come back to the stages in July, 2007 with more energy than ever in The Botellita Marquee, giving their best bootleg up to the date.
