Four separate bands had one thing in common. They each had members that wanted more out of the music they played. The Common Kings were crowned in the summer of 2006 when five musicians came together to give the world a taste of what theyve each been cooking up for years. The Common Kings create cohesion between the aggressive and the intimate - something standard, yet sovereign emotionally beautiful and lyrically picture-esque.
