In 2003, Josh Freedman picked up a guitar and microphone. It seems he has been unable to put them down since. Born and raised in New York, Josh Freedman has been an integral part of countless musical projects in two different hemispheres, playing everything from pop rock to hardcore.

Now, Josh has breathed life into his solo career. "Come Thou and Reign Over Us" is the reincarnation of Josh's solo project. It is an opportunity for him to relay his life experiences, from point A to B, without involvement from any third parties. An album will be released in the winter of 2008, Josh's first solo endeavor in over 2 years. It will be a testament to his strong songwriting abilities, and a never ending growth in maturity.

As a solo artist, Josh was best known for his first truly solo effort "For You Were Made From Dust and to the Dust you Will Return," a 9 track album written and recorded completely in Australia. After releasing it in 2005, Josh formed "Of Military and Mathematics," a popular post hardcore band that toured several times on the eastern half of the United States. He was also a member of "Emmaus," an alternative-rock band in Australia, and Goodfight (a band that also saw touring in 2004.) After recording his yet to be named album, Josh will seek relentless touring, and promotion, doing everything in his power to hear what he creates.

Josh hopes that you will enjoy the music that he has to offer. That you would meditate on it's message. And that you would share it.
