september 20th, 2006 - small update in lieu of a bigger one. i removed some old songs from here and will (hopefully) soon be adding some new ones. here is one (very) rough recording to 'tide' you over til then. get it? ... 'tide'?

december 8th, 2005 - i am currently working on some new songs. you can now listen to a rough sample of "my mouth waits for the green light" if you like. hope you enjoy it.

comes the tide was formerly a side project involving matthew harris, jimmy rempel, and cody sivertsen. it is now merely an outlet for me to write the accustic songs to which i always return

emotions like a wall of water
rain upon this broken shore.
lives like castles made of sand
fall to pieces in the thundering roar.

some evade the crashing waves,
some rush to see it start.
comes the tide, a blinding rush,
to a newly fragile heart.
