Originally formed to be closer to Jesus Christ in the winter of 2005, Come Find the Lion has changed their sound, views, and image. No longer acknowledging themselves as a Christian-based band, yet still deeply in tune with their spirituality, they continue to further their efforts in becoming a known and respected musical act in the Midwest. After a series of ups and downs, struggles, failures, and member changes, they have been tirelessly working in an effort to create a unique sound of their own. With their solid breakdowns and somber sing-a-longs, the band captures the audience's attention to the fullest. Ultimately, they aim to find a common voice that will be heard and appreciated. They believe they've found it.

Every band claims to have their own unique sound, yet each one conforms to certain genres that are likely to attract a popular audience. The members of Come Find the Lion tend to see themselves differently. They play for the love of the music. They do not bother to think of themselves as anything other than young, driven musicians striving to show the world new talent, while holding practice in the basement of their parents' house.
