About COLDWEST

Let me be forthright with you. In a sea of bands & seemingly endless flood of new music, all we strive to be is honest. Raw music, real writing & a genuine point of view. Music is an amazing & powerful medium, but in the end, it all fades away. What does last, is the impact we have on one another. You can write the coolest riffs or the catchiest melodies; but in the end, what does it matter if you're not sharing from your heart with those that are listening?

Every single person faces conflicts each & everyday. There is a very evident battle going on, each side trying to pull you in their direction. One side is an enticing vixen, grabbing at your skin & bones. She feels good & whispers sweet distractions in your ear. But when you go to sleep at night, the other side goes to work. It's the tug at your heart, it's the lingering reminder that all the distractions in the world can't cover the emptiness inside. It's a constant struggle that we all face.

Well, we're tired of the disappointment this world has to offer. Only one side cuts straight to the point, no bull & no lies. It's the side that calls to us all when we take a second to just listen. It repairs the hitch in our step & washes clean the pain caused by our crutches. Our purpose is to bring that good news to those that will hear it. We will be the hands & feet so that anyone who listens has a chance. But the decision is now yours, which side will you choose?
