Band biographies. Yes, that's right - we know you're probably sick of those hyperbole-ridden pieces of something that resembles a script for a cheap TV spot. Words can only carry so much meaning - it's like trying to explain what a sine wave might sound like just looking at it. Everyone carries their own interpretations of things that affect them - whether it be music, literature, film, or the commodity today conceived as "art".

Of course these words exist to describe - and categorize - the notes and chords that we play with our instruments. However, with our wide range of influences it would be unnecessary to tag those notes and chords with words that carry no meaning whatsoever. Call it rock, call it metal, call it post-hardcore, call it polka if that's what feels good for you.

We are City of Breach. We are a five-piece band from Turku, Finland. We love making music, we love playing live, we love the intensity that should be the core element of all passionate music. We hope that you like it as well.
