Formed in 1995, Plunge has made their mark in the Mid-Atlantic music scene as a High Energy Power Pop group performing over 250 shows per year from Providence RI, to Key West FL. Frontman Mike Ruocco is also bassist for RCA Gold Recording Artists SR-71. Having signed to Atenzia Records in Late 2003, Plunge is set to release their Debut Album mixed by Jeff Juiiano (Jason Mraz, Unwritten Law) in the fall of 2004.
