Umm...We released and album called Bear Hands and we are super proud of it. Releasing a record is always stressful, help us out by purchasing a copy! We also did a tour right after releasing it. I didn't really eat much for a few days and therefore my memory of the tour isn't so good. Being a vegan on the road with no money is not always good. But touring is amazing.

Purevolume.com what is up? When the band was a little less popular I had all the time in the world to update every website all the time. Now that I have a life it is hard to keep up with this stuff.

Anyway, we release RAMPAGE last spring (2006) and this past December we recorded a soon to be titled EP. Anyway, when those songs are ready you will hear about it.

We have been laying low but just started playing shows again. Go to some of them! Punk rock is so dead it is not even funny. So come to our shows and have fun instead of being dead.
