A brief biography - Charlie Garcia formed in may 1992 under the name Charles James Garcia. For the first few years, the band-person's releases were relatively unpopular and received with only mediocre critical acclaim. But as lead guitarist/songwriter Charlie Garcia reached the age of about 14, he decided to learn how to play guitar, which proved to be a crucial part of the band's future success.
