it has been a lovely last few days and shows. joel and ben (a constant Cedarwell companion(far from the firefly sense)) and i drove through two nights a couple weeks ago with only red bulls and dried mangos to comfort and guide us. the shows on the east coast were fun to play with JP05 (www.myspace.com/JP05) and the boston show was especially nice since we had a great turnout. thanks to all those who attended. our new friend named christy wrote a very nice review in her blog. you can read it here
a link to a review of the tt the bears show what if the road is moving for us? i feel tugged and swayed from outside in. like breath or water. speed relative and illusionary meant so much more than it should on a night with a muted moon still proud high in the shivering cold. i saw all the cars and trucks and vans from a different place and saw lines unable to be shaken or veered from. tracked and retracked and built up by repetition and all the lonely silence in between the deafening movement. i wanted to sit still inside circular collages: in a forest or in a river or in an echo. still enough to sense the shaking change that comes with and without my knowledge.
