Castra was formed in early 2007 in the Spector family's basement with Seth on drums, Tim on guitar, Rico on bass, and Glenn on vocals. After numerous name changes and temporary breakups, the addition of Jake at lead vocals took Castra's songwriting capabilities to an entirely new level. Since July 2007, Castra has continued to bring a unique blend of musical styles and manic live performances to numerous crowds all over the state of Connecticut. If you have a basement, backyard, or venue, Castra has probably torn it to the ground. And if we haven't yet, you don't know what you are missing.
