For six college students in Athens, GA, music is more than just notes on paper, music is a voice that knows no language, an outlet for saying the words people can not, and an escape from the mundane details of everyday life. Defining themselves through unique songwriting, abstract lyrical work, and evolving song structures, Carrabelle plays music that travels through the ear and affects the entire body. Carrabelle features a great deal of experience on every forefront, but the band knows that talent alone does not make music; it is the motivation and drive behind hard work that creates such. Melodies on all fronts, such as guitar, vocals, and keyboard, the band makes an audible onslaught that does not stop at being "catchy", but leaves itself limitless to the listener. Carrabelle proves that music is not only intended for the ears, but for the mind and heart as well.
