In an era of everyday Rock Bands, what sets Jumpstart apart is their captivating High-Octane Live Show. With hordes of everyday bands performing at almost a stand still, Jumpstarts live show is packed with non-stop energy. Flying jumpkicks and choreographed guitar stunts are only a small portion of the show to say the least.
Their biggest compliment is that they stay true to their sound while giving 110% on stage. Their self promoting tactics give them an edge that other bands dont necessarily have. Each member of the band is dedicated solely to the growth and dominance of the band and puts forth effort like none other.
Their CD is recorded and is planned for release in 2006, and was engineered and produced by producers Lucas Banker and Logan Mader (Machine Head / Soulfly). Their CD Sampler will be available soon online, and has been handed to thousands of fans over the course of their performances including the Key Club, The Whisky, The Showcase Theatre, and numerous shows for radio station X103.9 to name a few.
Jumpstart is currently confirming dates for their west coast tour and soon after plan to tour nationally. The band was founded in 2004 when Singer Andrew Clore met Guitarist Clyde Shorey began writing to gain the attention of producers Lucas Banker and Logan Mader. Clyde and Andrew were introduced to drummer Chad Reis through mutual friends which led to the arrival of Bassist Rick McDonald and Guitarist Priestley Pring.The lineup was finalized in 2005 and will continue to ROCK from here on out!
