Calliso May recently released theircd "This is a Joke, Right?". For months they worked in their basement studio putting together the album that in the end very well showcased the fun and energy the 20 some people who worked on it gave. Currently They are recording their new cd which is still untitled. Calliso May is totally into playing some sexy live rock shows already playing a couple with the live band (Corey, Matt, Andrew, Mike, John) and looking to play many more in the futue. If anyone would like to play with us or have us play for you we are always open to play any type of show.

one night a visit to the farmington civic theatre created something magical. when skip rosenthal played a beautiful set with his wonderful banjo an idea was born. we approached skip with interest. him and his buddy derik taught us the way of the banjo. while we are still learning, we are experimenting. they chose to give us banjos, teach us how to play them, give us a spot in their "next generation banjo band" all free of charge. these generous men have inspired us to create the songs we have written. we will continue to write, record and play along with all of our friends, and hopefully in time create something for everyone.
