Calico Jack has two different styles - One is the full band post-punk/emo style used in the self-titled album, the other is the more indie leaning style of the solo recordings of "the Bedroom Recordings, 2002-2003" and "Timbertoe."

Calico Jack has played with such bands as Pedro the Lion and Sidewalk Slam. They've been on two compilations and have been featured on the NPR show "The Indie Connection" and in Maximum RocknRoll magazine.
