Buried Before The Flatine was put together in early spring 2006, with Roger, Dominic, Ivan, and Kurt. Originally the band went by the name "Apollo". It started off as simple get togethers to play various cover songs and jam on other ideas. Needing a vocalist, they soon recruited Charlie King to fill the gap. From there, the band played a few very small shows at little coffee shops, playing cover song mixed in with a few original songs. In November, Charlie was kicked out because of various disagreements. Between then and the spring of 2007, the band name was changed to Buried Before the Flatline and the band started to get serious about what they were doing. The new commitment caused them to write a whole new array of music. In late spring of 2007, Scott Krug was recruited as the new vocalist, and the band started playing at bigger venues in the area such as the Myspace Cafe and Hayloft Liquor Stand. The time with Scott didn't last long and he was soon dropped in early June of 2007. The band then had Charlie King return to the lineup with his vocals and synth in Late June 2007. The latest lineup change happened in early December 2007, when Dominic was dropped and replaced by Mikey (former drummer of Kissy Face Fashion Faux Pas). Since then, their sound has been redefined to create the mix of Death Metal, Progressive, Technical, Grind, and Expirimental music that continues today.
