Breaking The Girl came together in the spring of 2004. With hopes of starting something new, (this four piece ora of energy) teamed up to form what is now a well known eastern NC touring band. BTG just aded its fith and final member (Chris) who plays lead guitar and also plays and important role in Breaking the Girl's vocal area. Now has a five piece band, with 4 vocalist, every song is a suprise. Jason, Denny, Chris and Adam bring a style similar to many Rock based bands, but adds more than extra with 3 vocals back and forth and bone chilling screams to put the power in the punch that BTG fans have grown to love. Full of artistic harmony, meaningful screams, and bursts of energy, you can find that BTG brings somthing different to the table. BTG has been compared to many simaliar bands with similiar genres of music. Not to be fooled with these bands, Breaking the Girl branches off to do their own musical style which makes this band original! BTG has played many North Carolina venues and has toured the US East Coast playing with some of Us and Canada's next big signed artists. With punk, screamo and hardcore backgrounds these guys are just waitng for their big break.
