Rising from the ashes of a number of former bands, Adam Brubaker, Jarrod Knoll, Drew Gio, Glenn Espinoza, and Josh Savage have come a long way from their past experiences. Adam and Jarrod had been friends since the first grade, and got together in 2005 playing music together. From there, they made a great many changes, both in the lineup and music, to eventually meet up with Drew, whose love of music ranges from blues to punk to metal. Soon after, Glenn was added to the roster, nearly completing the lineup. After a bit of turbulence and many successful shows, Brave in the Attempt completed its entire transformation with the addition of Josh (of Infect) to become the band it is today.
From the beginning, Brave in the Attempt has had a number of different styles and genres, but has finally settled on sticking with the harder side of rock. With influences from a number of bands, including Unearth, Lamb of God, In Flames, and Killswitch Engage, Brave in the Attempt has something that will please any lover of hard rock.
After completing the final changes, Brave in the Attempt plans on making an impact in the music industry. With a yet to be named EP on the way, they plan to shake some fists and make some noise in a town near you. So whether you are near or far, prepare to be Brave in the Attempt very soon.
