A solo project. I perform on all instruments. Needless to say this band is a strictly studio entity.

7/31/04: I've finished mapping out drum tracks and writing material. I've begun collaborating with musician/friend/producer Andrew Jamieson to put all the final pieces into place for what will hopefully be my last solo album, "You Are Mortal." It's gonna be brutal, relying more on sound textures than the dumb samples, drummachine flourishes, and other gimmicks which plagued Epileptic Cricket Songs. The extent of Andrew's contribution could change in the weeks to come. His acoustic styles have been a real breath of fresh air, and they'll add an organic side to the cold, calculated pummeling the drum machines will undoubtedly deliver.

I have finally, FINALLY started work on my new album. I highly doubt i'm gonna be using the boy genius moniker for this one. But yeah, check out the song Montville which is now up for download. Should give you an idea of the new sound. I think the album will be called "one-thousand blank white cards."
