Botch was one of the most influential hardcore/mathcore bands of all time. They formed in 1993 and disbanded in 2002, after finding out they were becoming just another band in the scene they created. They released 2 full length albums (American Nervoso and We Are the Romans), an EP (An Anthology of Dead Ends), a compilation album (Unifying Themes Redux, consisting of a collection of early 7" songs, compilations, and other rarities) and a live CD/DVD album (061502, a CD/DVD of their last performance at Seattle's Showbox). American Nervoso is being re-released in 2007, after being remixed by Matt Bayles (who produced We Are the Romans).
