A three year hiatus, multiple recording sessions, a multitude of abandoned work, and one move to Colorado later...we're still here!

...We don't even know where to begin.

As you can see, the next album is not going to be "The Untimely Death Of Romance". That album has, in fact, been pushed back (meaning: do not lose hope!) again due to some tracks and songs needing to be entirely re-recorded. Instead, we will be releasing "From The Park To Your Apartment" - a new solo BA record from Jordan (purely acoustic, much like "136" and "Pray For Rain") - in early 2008. The new singles from that record should be expected in January on our MySpace and PureVolume pages. A new studio version of "Living Breathing Beauty Queen" will follow not long afterwards.

"From The Park..." will be available online through CafePress (support DIY music!) and at shows (which WILL continue this coming year!). Remember, our CDs are cheaper at shows, so try and make it out to come and see us! New show dates will be posted on the site as they come in.

So, we hope you haven't given up on us yet! It's only all just begun.

Some things you can do now to help your friendly neighborhood BA:

* Join us on MySpace! http://www.myspace.com/borderlineangelic
* Join us on PureVolume! We love having new friends!
* Keep visiting the official website for news and updates!
* Look us up on Facebook! (Search Borderline Angelic)
* Keep art alive!

From The Park To Your Apartment marks the end of Borderline Angelic as a solo venture. Recorded raw and unedited, BA's third studio album of driving folk and acoustic rock seals cracks between 2004's "Pray For Rain" and the upcoming release of a self-titled full band record.

A collection of eleven completely new songs, "From The Park..." touches more on prophetic lyricism and poetry than landscapes of sound. In fact, only five separate instruments were used to record the entire album: one acoustic guitar, one twelve-string guitar, one electric guitar, a keyboard, and a kazoo.

Taken from the liner notes:

"I decided to try something I haven't done in awhile. Believe in myself.

Borderline Angelic, in it's new form, has been working dilligently on finishing another full-length release. Working with drums, bass, violin, and another vocalist, I ended up with a collection of other songs that just wouldn't work in that setting.

I liked the songs so much that I decided to release them in the same way I released my previous albums. Solo, unedited, real."

"From The Park..." is now available from Borderline Records.
