BLINDSIDE (SWEDEN)

Blindside formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 1994 and have done extensive headline tours of both Europe and the U.S. since their self-titled debut release in 1997. The band has released four albums to date: Blindside and A Thought Crushed My Mind (both re-released this year), Silence (2001), and About a Burning Fire (2004). For the band’s stunning new album The Great Depression (in stores 8/2/05), Blindside teamed up again with Lasse “Lars” Marten, who produced the band’s landmark debut, and recorded the album at Decibel Studios in Stockholm.
The band will bring their amazing live show to the U.S. this summer as part of a 2 month long headlining tour which began on June 22nd.
