Bled Across Miles is a 5 piece based out of Maryland & Virginia with influences varying from hardcore, metal, grind, thrash, and many other genres. The band formed in the summer of 2002 and has since then played many shows and recorded 2 EP's. Their newest EP, Hats Off To The Good Guys, dropped early February on Emerald Moon Records.

Bled Across Miles are a five piece from Maryland whose second EP, Hats Off To The Good Guys, is comprised of a rather interesting blend of musical styles and individual elements. I suppose they probably consider themselves some sort of hardcore or "screamo" band, which they justifiably are, but within the course of twenty minutes, the majority of the singing sounds like it came from either a black or death metal CD (sometimes both) and the music spans the spectrum from Thursday-esque post-hardcore rock to death metal and tech. It's a combination of ambitious and naive that comes off as genuine enough to win this listener over. There's no reason they couldn't be good and extremely popular. Bled Across Miles have a whole lot going for them. -Lambgoat.com
