New Member/Video Premiere

Hello all,
We would like to announce that our music video for "Two Legs" will be released exclusively on Purevolume.com this Monday. The video, which was directed by Kevin Maistros, will be available for your viewing pleasure. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the video, and we know you will enjoy it.
This has been a big year for Blane. First off with the release of our EP "This Is My Town" on Less Avenged Records, two amazing west coast tours, Vans Warped tour, and now the filming and release of our first music video. These are all things that we are really proud of accomplishing as a band.
You guys may have been wondering what has been going on at the Blane camp lately. Well, for the past few weeks we have been busy at home writing and demoing new material. We are super excited with what our hands have been creating. Our newer songs have a much edgier and more raw sound than any of our earlier efforts. However, we all still felt that it was missing that little extra something. This is where Spencer Mertel comes in. Spencer brings with him years of experience in the local scene, and the same drive and determination as the rest of us. Blane is very lucky because not only has Spence been a longtime friend, but he is also a very talented musician.
With all that said, we would like to welcome Spencer Mertel to the Blane family. He will be playing keys at all of our upcoming shows/tours from now on. Our first show with him will be on September 16th at Ground Zero in Bellevue, WA. We'd love to see all of your pretty faces there.
You guys mean the world to us. When you come to shows and sing your hearts out, when you let us crash on your floor, and when you tell your friends about us, it means more than you will ever know. So please, enjoy the music video and we'll see you in a couple weeks!
