BlackTooth was founded way back in the mid 90's by Tuna and Deniz. Their goal since then had always been "to resurrect Nola Metal nowadays". The band has been through multiple changes since then, about 11 guitar players, couple of bass players, and a few drummers had left the band due to their responsibilities and employment.

Eventually, BlackTooth has become what it is now after a morphing time jump of 10 years. The name BlackTooth was given directly to symbolize the great southern heavy metal band PANTERA's official drink: Coke & Whiskey.

The final lineup is Tuna, Deniz, Utku, Onur and our latest recruit Orcan. We create old ass material; Southern / Sludge metal and are influenced by kings like; DOWN, Pantera, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Crowbar, Brand New Sin, Superjoint Ritual, Corrosion of Conformity, Maylene & the sons of Disaster, Disarray and Pumpjack.

"We've always wanted to resurrect that old metal scene, we have now the chance and the ability. We love what we are doing right now, including; the music, the appearance, the vulgarity, the excitement, the hanging out.. if people dig it.. its okay, if they don't, we don't give a fuck..."

We hope we are able to give you a brief idea about BlackTooth, come and check us out next time. Its a fact that we are alone in this style of music and are here trying to do our best. I hope people will start to focus on this heavy genre, like the early years.

We come face to face and are chilled up with the people who really understand this music by the way they appreciate our job, well.. major hobby in real... We are not a Pantera tribute band, we are considered to be Pantera and Southern Metal followers trying to keep up its good work...
