The bands called 'Black box theatre' but someone else has that name on here so we shortened it a little bit. We currently have no music available but we are hoping to recieve a grant so we can record a couple of songs. Then we hope to get an even bigger grant so we can record our own EP. At the minute we practice in Alnwick at the drop in. We write our own music & lyrics and do gigs on request.

'Black box theatre' rose from the ashes of the "screamo" band 'Personal superhero'. It all started when 'Personal superhero's' frontman 'Joe Johnston' left the band due to musical differences, leaving Matt Adamson, Billy Heyes & Paddy Maddison to find a new vocalist. The band decided to take on Calum Sample as lead guitarist. Matt then took over from Joe as vocalist with Billy taking on backing vocals. The band are now writing their own music & lyrics.
