Formed in January of 2004, Beyond Repair originally consisted of vocalist Mike King, drummer Andrew Lister, and pianist Evan Vinjamuri of An Anonymous Artist Named Evan. Later added were guitarist Dan Martin, bassist Jordan Weinrich, and guitarist Dan King of Monolithic. With a wide spectrum of influences ranging from the good ol' rock and roll of Billy Joel to the hardcore sound of Underoath, from the classical soundtracks of Danny Elfman to the soaring melodies of Chiodos and everything in between, Beyond Repair have crafted their own big, cinematic sound. Using a unique blend of beauty, intensity, and breakdowns, these six musicians write songs that appreciate both the softer and darker aspects of music. With an energetic live show as well, they are also entertaining to watch perform as well as to listen to. Above all, they are just out to write and play great music and have a blast while doing it.
