Firstly I'd like to tell you guys that our new Singer / Bassist is not featured on the demo thats currently up. We'll be putting up the official tracks in the next month or two, so dont take the vocal parts of the song as seriously as the rest!

Started by guitarist Chris Mayer in the summer of 2002, the band underwent many changes and finally morphed into BEYOND FATE. With a solid band lineup consisting of Julio Carrillo (Lead Vocals / Bass not featured on CD), Corban Tvrdik (Guitar / Keyboards / Backup Vocals), Brandon Lee (Guitar / Bass / Backup Vocals), and Dave Laub (Drums), BEYOND FATE encompasses the band's passion and love for music. BEYOND FATE provides a progressive rock / metal sound that intrigues listeners all over Northern Illinois. Whether it’s the two guitar onslaught, powerful lyrics, fine tuned composition, intense live shows, or the fact that all the musicians in the band have immense passion for their music, BEYOND FATE is a source of entertainment that the band hopes everyone would desire..

A lot has been accomplished with the shows that have been played. BEYOND FATE has gained a solid following of die hard fans that thrive off of the music that BEYOND FATE provides.

BEYOND FATE has played numerous shows at their local high school (St. Charles North High School) which included: The Taste of SCN Talent Show (March 27, 2003), Trunk Full of Funk 7 hour music marathon (May 31, 2003), and numerous other monthly Trunk Full of Funks.

Not only has the band performed at their high school, but events and festivals run by the City of St. Charles: St. Charles Scarecrow Fest (October 2002), St. Charles Battle of the Bands (won 2nd Place) at the Pottawatomie Community Center (May 2003), and The Grand Opening and Skate Challenge at St. Charles’ own East Side Sports Complex (May 2003).

The band has also won 1st place for a Battle of the Bands at the now closed Riley’s Rockhouse in Aurora (July 2003), as well as hosted its own backyard festival bringing in close to one hundred people.

The amount of fans made in such a short period of time has surprised the band greatly. During this time, a demo wasn’t available, so BEYOND FATE’s fans were made solely through their live shows. Only until now do they have a demo that they can distribute and let fans and potential fans listen to. It has been known that a lot of people want to see them play, and soon, so much more.

The band would love to thank all those that gave us a listen. We love spreading around our passion for music, and we're glad that we able to share it with you!
