Beija Flor is a four piece Experimental Rock Group. Coming together in May of 2003, Beija Flor set out to create haunting rock epics that pull inspiration from all genres, including roots, disco, blues, brit pop, punk, electronic, bosa nova etc. By creating original music that pushes the envelope while retaining catchy hooks and dance numbers, Beija Flor has been successful in creating a hum in and around the Canadian scene. Their debut release "The Quite One and the Lonely One" is now available for sale at most independent record dealers and through the group at their performances.
