We just got back from two and a half weeks in the Seattle area. We originally went up for a few weddings - one- Dev's step-brother Bryan, and the other - my cousin Ron. They were beautiful weddings. And the women they chose are AMAZING!!! I couldn't have asked for a better person for each of them. God is so good. His timing is perfect. I just LOVE weddings... ;)

We went to Whidbey Island and got to worship with the Calvary Chapel there... I know I say this everytime I'm there... but I just adore them. They are like a home away from home. They love the Lord so much. It's so refreshing being with a body of believers who are sold out for God. They bless us so much when we are there. I can't tell you how much they mean to us. They are amazing. We are forever grateful for the love they lavishly give to us. Not to mention everytime I'm up there I get to see my best friend... my sister and her precious babies. I'm telling you what... those four have me and Dev wrapped. They seriously can do no wrong! So cute!!! I'll put some pictures of them up so you can see!!! There is NOTHING quite like the love of a child... those precious little chubby arms around your neck... it's something else!!!

We also got to lead worship in a home group setting on the east side of Seattle. My cousin's Chad and Wendy were gracious enough to open their home to people to worship together. It was SO FUN!!! My cousin Chad played piano (he's incredibly talented... so it was such a blesisng.) Chad and Wendy are leaders of Young Life in the Seattle area and through them we got to meet several of their Young life kids. It was amazing... we got to play with one of the most talented high school guitar players I've ever met! It was so wonderful to have him playing with us. He added SO much! Not to mention... I love worshipping with people I've just met... something is so cool about bonding through music... let alone worshipping our God! Such a blessing.

Oh yeah and before I forget ... GOD IS SO FAITHFUL... I know you know that but I wanted to give you an incredible example... He PROVIDED as usual... We just got word that two "demo" spots I did for NBC got picked up and are airing... the NBC Today Show Promo and the NBC nightly news with Bryan Williams - "Everywhere." Isn't He so good... I have to confess we were starting to worry over our finances, and being provided for during all this travel time... and wouldn't you know it.. God OF COURSE came through in UNBELIEVABLE ways. He is so great. So big. So perfect. So merciful, so compassionate. I am so thankful He is the God of details in our everyday life. I could just shout His praises from a rooftop! He is so worthy of our praise. I'm so blown away by his unending love! We have been home for a few days and we leave again this Friday July 7th for Denmark... be praying for us. Pray that the Lord would renew our strength each and every morning.
