Julian Rundlett-Keys, Fiddle, Lead Vocals
Philip Clossey- Guitars, Upright Bass, Backing Vocals
Kenny Szubzda- Bass, Guitar
Deland Senutas- Drums, Percussion
It all started one March day in 2005 when my friend Julian Rundlett and I (Philip Clossey) were waiting for rides home from a play rehearsal. As we began to talk I quickly suggested " Hey Julian pull out your fiddle, lets jam a little". So I pulled out my old Alvarez Dreadnaught and he pulled his fiddle and there it started. Us playing Ducks on the Mill Pond and Tom Dooley's Jig dreaming about playing some shows.
While in our new spirit for celtic/folk driven rock we decided we needed to add to the group. So soon after the forming of our duo Deland Senutas was added on drums after hearing him on a demo tape and being awestruck. The three of us would begin to experimented with jazz/folk and jamband style material.
When summer came around we found ourselves adding several members including two keyboardists, a second guitar player and two bass players (one a sub/fill in), none of which would last beyond that september and past two shows.Over that time period we found ourselves in a solid position playing covers which still makes up a portion of our sets today.
The next year came and in dismay over our luck with additions to the band we did not practice through till the next Spring until Deland and I met up at a Jazz-concert we were both performing in at our highschool. We quickly got to talking and wished to re-kindle the band.
After connecting with Julian the three of us were back to work again with our current bassist Kenny Szubzda who we found through his step dad who at the time was Julian's tech-teacher. Kenny soon clicked with us and is now a valuable member of our 4 piece group. During this time we also added a friend of ours named Mike Lucas on Synth, but he later had to leave before ever playing a show with us to follow some of his own creative paths.
