Members: Jehan (guitar/vocals), Dice (bass), Suji (drums)
Back By Midnite started out as a four-piece band on August of 2002. On the 8th day of that month, three Ateneo de Davao University college girls Dice on bass, Jehan Dumagay on guitars/vox, and Suji Mansukhani on drums got together to jam after a talent show in one of their school classes. A day later, schoolmate Celine Lao taking on keyboards joined them in. That marked the first day of SIMPLE SHOCK, your typical girl band dishing cover songs.
