Ayurveda, literally translated as "the knowledge of life," plays music to inspire a flowering consciousness within its audience; reminding them of a simpler, more connected way of life.

Drawing from a wide range of influences, Ayurveda's sound is multi-faceted, vast and refreshingly raw. The five-piece sets no boundaries, striving constantly to find the perfect balance of sounds. The songs have opposing yet complimentary styles; pure moments of beauty and transcendence interwoven into a primal growl.  This music is real.

Based in Ithaca, New York, Ayurveda has been playing since 2006 to spread the message through their constantly evolving music.
