This band was formed from the hearts and ambitions of Matt Ayo (formerly in Roman Empire), Clint Fowler (formerly in Red Light Taxi) Chase Leonard (also in The Same) and Adam Catalano (formerly in Hasting). Matt was the founder of the band, first playing solo acoustic. After realizing that the music was not what it could be, Clint, Adam, and Chase joined soon after.
