A Year and a Summer on purevolume™

So, i have put off writing this for a long time. A Year and A Summer is no longer, nor will they ever be again, a band. I know, and you know too if you have kept up with the band, that we have had some ups and downs, just like every group of friends, but sometimes you cant climb back out of those downs. Call it high school bull shit or call it some of us got our heads out of our asses, but we don't play music together anymore. I never would have thought that our relationships would have came down to this, but it did, and as shitty as it is, this is how it is gonna be. All three of us have directions we are going in life, unfortunately, one of us is headed down. That person knows who he is, and i pray, yes...you got ME praying, that he can prove me wrong. Im moving on and im moving out, next year i will be in college. Im going to continue to play music, because i know that is something i love, and i don't want to sacrifice that anymore. Keep an eye out for me on this site somewhere, i plan on putting out some of my own stuff...in closing, i want to thank everyone who has left a comment for us on this site, it made three high schoolers from little ol' IF-town feel pretty good about themselves, i want to thank anyone that has ever taken the pain to hear us play, at the basement shows or the talent show, our music proved to be good therapy for a while and you were a big part of that, i want to thank anyone that ever thought we could do something with this noise we call music, im sorry we let you down, but most importantly i want to thank the people that have been with me through the past few years who are still standing behind me now, you have made the last few months a lil easier and i couldnt ask for a better support net. Im gonna be leaving this page up until purevolume decides to shut it down, ill check back every once in a while, feel free to leave more comments, if you want to know where you can hear my solo stuff, let me know...but this time this is goodbye and i am starting a-new...thanks everyone
