An axon or nerve fiber is a long, slender projection of a nerve cell, or neuron, that conducts electrical impulses away from the neuron's cell body or soma. Why did I pick the name Axon for my band? Because I was hoping to hit your nerve with my music. For those of you who think that my first name is Axon it's not... it's Anthony. Haunted Headphones is my fourth album release. My first album was a one man metal band called "I Alone" in 2007 then came two electronic albums "Better off Silent (2007) and "The Mind Field (2008)" under the name Axon. Now comes a morphing of the two types of music Axon's "Haunted Headphones". It is a small album but, the music really came together on this album. I feel it also shows how I have grown over the last few years . The music and sound has reached a whole new level. I am very proud of this album! I am in the process of working on another album titled "Industry Standard" which will be released soon. Thanks for the overwhelming messages and comments! Thanks for buying the albums too!
