Bryan Hirst started "composing" music in 2002, and then started composing music that didn't suck in 2004. What started as a minor fascination in making music on the computer and with midi keyboards has broadened into an obsession. After becoming decent at keyboard, and finally picking up a guitar in 2005, "Awesomesque" began recording external audio to lay over his synth tracks. Several gigabytes and hundreds of projects later, he's desperately seeking others to help expand the musical experience and improve the sound to become more surreal, layered, and alive. After producing a track with guitarist and songwriter Reggie Herman in summer 2007, there is a high possibility that more musical collaborations will emerge. Stay tuned for more complex, surreal tracks come soon.
