Members: Autumn Sky sings, performs, writes, and composes all the songs.
First of all, my name is not made up (you may ask my parents if you don't believe me!)
Secondly, I am a girl who is twenty years young. I like to sing and write and play with all of my heart, and every single peice of my soul.
Here are some things about me:
I am a terrible driver and I have no diseases.
I knit before shows.
I wish I had been born sixty or seventy years ago.
I have a record collection.
I play over 15 different musical instruments.
I love big hair and shiny shoes, and I also happen to love you.
See you very soon, let's share a conversation over a cup of mint tea.
"...One risk singer-songwriters take when playing such covers, with strong melodies, is juxtaposing them with their own possibly less-interesting songs. But Sky has a definite talent for melody and structure, and her original songsâeight of them in her 50-minute set, including a couple of ballads with Palmer backing her on electric pianoâcome off quite favorably."
- Jackson Griffith, SNR Review
"...her melodic, sometimes bittersweet songs have a certain "joie de vivre" quality to them, so it's easy to get wrapped up in her Regina Spektor-like delivery and clap along like a duped foolâand feel good about it."
- Frank Miller, SNR Review
"Just six songs long, "Diminutive, Petite" packs a Goliath-sized wallop."
- Rachel Leibrock, Sacramento Bee 2008
"Today Autumn Sky dazzles audiences with her little girl/big voice presence. You cannot help but notice her onstage. She's the shy girl in the cute spring dress, but when she's on stage she transforms...Both Autumn's voice and songs are extremely versatile. (Her live) show is a breathtaking experience."
- Angela Rosas, Fringe Magazine 2008
