"There's Hope For Us After All" out summer 2008!

Autumn Rising is an alternative rock band located out of Asheville, North Carolina, that strives to create positivity through music and interaction with people. We believe in the power of ourselves and others to change for the better. AR formed in the summer of 2004, with Dustin Harrell on drums, Greg Morgan on vocals and guitars, and Corey Gurganious on bass. We became serious about playing music several months later and began writing songs. In the summer of 2005, AR parted ways with Corey and joined up with Bucky McCann on guitar. A couple of months later, Daniel Shaneyfelt completed the lineup with bass. After nearly 10 months of writing, recording, and playing shows, Daniel decided to leave the band due to personal reasons. After some much needed time off, we ran into bassist Daniel Smith and he began playing with us. After a couple of weeks Daniel officially joined the band. Our debut EP, "Starting Over," is available now. [Autumn Rising is currently on hiatus but will be releasing their debut full length album this summer.]
