Bio:
January 10, 2009. Julian, Jose, Emilio and Martin reunite after a long time to start a new musical project. Ex-members of bands like Sick Vandals (melodic hardcore), Jammin in baggys (ska/reggae), Kaos Adolescente (punk rock) and Kick My Balls (melodic punk), they decided to start playing a new music style: Pop Rock with punk influences. After looking for a name for the band, the members choose At Breakfast, because the breakfast is what gives us energy to start every day, which is the same they wanted for the formation. The first demo, named as My First Breakfast, makes reference to the first promo material. Some of the songs like For You To Know and Better Another Way were taken from the former band Kick My Balls, reformulated, re-edited, and released again. Born in the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, located at the South of Argentina and currently living in Buenos Aires because of the college studies, they have as their main objective to promote the band and songs around not only this country, but also in the rest of the World.

El 10 de Enero del 2009 , Julian , Jose , Emilio y Martin se reunen despues de un largo tiempo para comenzar con un nuevo proyecto musical. Ex integrantes de bandas como Sick Vandals (hardcore melodico) , Jammin in baggys (ska reggaee), Kaos Adolescente (hardcore rock) y Kick My Balls ( punk melodico) decidieron optar por un nuevo estilo : Pop Rock con algunas influencias punk . Tras un debate sobre el nombre para la banda , se elije el de At Breakfast dado que el desayuno es lo que nos brinda energia para todo el dia y por ende la idea es hacer lo mismo con este grupo musical. El primer demo titulado como My First Breakfast hace refierencia a el primer material de promocion . Algunas de las canciones como For You To Know o Better Another Way fueron extraidas de la ex banda Kick My Balls reformadas y re editadas para ser nuevamente estrenadas. Nacidos en la ciudad de Comodoro Rivadavia , Provincia del Chubut ubicada al Sur de Argentina y actualmente viviendo en Buenos Aires por estudios universitarios tienen como objetivo dar a conocer la banda y sus canciones tanto por el pais como por el mundo en general.
