At Arms is a 5 piece Metal/Rock/Progressive band From Our nations Capital OTTAWA, bringing a new bad ass sound and high energy live shows . We are recording a couple more songs the weekend of June 22nd so that we can release a 5 song EP for your listening pleasure.
