a summer failed is an acoustic duo w/ some piano also mixed in there from houston,texas with not only emotional lyrics about losing a girl, but about meaningfull friendships,lost loved ones, and life in general. the story behind asf...it all started the summer of 2003, two friends kept talking to one another about starting a band. so they began to write songs on thier own and come together a few nights a week to show each other what they have created. when they realized that they had made songs that were not only lryically inspiring but musically mature they started to take the music serious. then they started to play small gigs at friends houses and parties, and when they responded extremley postive to it all they began to book as many shows as possible. they have recorded a 3 song demo which you can listen to right here, and are entering the studio mid to end april to begin working on thier 5 song ep. if you would like to book asf,email or call asap. thank you for listening to the music. website=in progress.
