ASTHENE is composed of 4 French musicians, (guitar, bass guitar, drums, guitar-vocals) and delivers its rock music throughout hypnotics and magnetics sonorities. The lead, already known by the local press and greeted for its vocal performance, gives us a music portfolio of inspirations picked up from Jeff Buckley to RATM.
2002, ASTHENE accomplished its first compositions with the ambition to defend them on stage. After two years, having conquered the national west side, the group registers forty concerts in bars, caf and performances stages.
2005-february, the bands encouraged by the experience on stage especially at:
Space Herbauges (Les Herbiers-85)
Le Chabada (Angers-49)
And finally goes to the studio and records a 6 titles album mastered by Cali at the Studioscope (Rf: la Phase, Sexypop, Bell oeil, Daria, etc.). Thanks to "Electronic Love", Asthene finds naturally the way of stage, determined to convince the public with its very personal sounds.
