A lot of thought went into this one. It's what known as program music. Program music is music that tells a story without lyrics, but instead by the instruments. The story in this song is about a condition called "Paris Syndrome". This is a real condition that is most commonly found with Japanese when they visit Paris. They are so shocked by how rude the people are that they often need psychiatric help. Here's some more reading about it:
