A ShoeString Promise formed in December of 2003. Noone in the band was born before 1987.
A ShoeString Promise began with two members, and slowly grew into a full band adding 2 members in December of 2003(Joshua-Bass, Now guitar, Wesley-Guitar).
ASP recorded their first E.P. "Less Than Divded by Three" July of the following year.

They added their final member, Jordan(bass) several months later. This addition moved Joshua from bass to guitar and freed up Trey's hands, and made him simply lead singer. The songs now loaded are off of their brand new e.p. recorded March 2005.
