She is evolving throughout her career and that is good because that is what any artist should do with their music. Ashley teamed with famed producer Cliff Downs, veteran producer/songwriter in Nashville, on this CD. The first cut from \"Maybe It\'s Time\" titled \"I Found It In You\" released to radio, showcased her amazing vocals and validified Ashley as the next \"Superstar\" in Country Music. With the song\'s well orgastrated music and the smooth and slick vocals by Ashley, this song is only just a beginning to the styles and talent Ashley brings to her fans in this CD.As the title suggests, the song is about finding love with someone finally. The second track \" Too Bad Your No Good\" is a very traditional sounding upbeat Country song appealing to all age groups. Again Ashley showcases her ability to deliver a perfect balance between traditional and modern Country music. Very few artitsts could achieve the vocals that Ashley brings to this song. The third track \"Love Has A Life Of It\'s Own\" is an emotionally packed song about remembering loved ones who have left us , in this case a Grandfather. The vocals smooth, Angelic, ties in with the lyrics of the song to bring out emotions in us all as we remember our loved ones. The fourth track \"Maybe It\'s Time\" the CD title song is a crisp upbeat song about moving forward in relationships . This song has a jazzy /pop sound, again showcasing yet another vocal style Ashley posseses. Track five titled \"Out There Somewhere\" a more pop sounding song talks about looking for that \"someone\" out there. Again, Ashley shows off her vocals , timing and style in the lyrics of this song. Track six \"Ode To Billy Joe\" is a re-make of the original song by Bobbie Gentry . Ashley does an awesome version of this song. Bringing a fresh new style, to this ballad. Once again Ashley shows she can sing a ballad that can make you picture the story in your heads and keep your mind glued to the story in the song. Track seven titled \"Sunday Paper\" a very Country sounding song, about couples who are tired of excuses by their partners and told to put their excuses in the Sunday Paper.Very slick delivery of this song by Ashley. A fun upbeat song fun for all to hear. Track eight \"Back To Blue\" a stylish song reminiscent of big band songs, but yet has a Country/Blues flare to it. The song about lovers parting ways and feeling blue, Ashley delivers emotion in this song , yet another style in her never ending vocal styles. Track nine titled \"Don\'t It Feel Good\" a song about what a girl likes, and being caught up in the moment. Ashley gets to show off her speaking voice in this song as there is talking parts to the lyrics. Track ten titled \"Girls\" a fun song for girls, upbeat and appealing to young girls.Country/pop sounding song that is fun to sing along. Probably will become a \"National Anthem Fun Song\" for young girls . Track eleven titled \"Maybe It\'s Just The Moon\" a very smooth dreamy song , sweetly sung by Ashley.A song about love, happiness and it ending too soon. With talent like this, it\'s only a matter of time until Ashley Gearing will be a household name and her CD\'s be in a lot of homes.
