A Shallow Farewell

Hello everybody. We, A Shallow Farewell, welcome you to our purevolume page. We appreciate you taking your time to visit it. This page is run by Joshua Minix, rythm guitarist for the band. We are a Five piece band from the small town of Knox, Indiana in Starke county, not Bass Lake. Each member has at least a year and a half of musical experience and would like to share our music with you.

We play Deathcore music in which we take great pride in. Our influences include: Bring Me the Horizon, Suicide Silence, Parkway Drive, Devil Wears Prada, Bullet For My Valentine, and As I Lay Dying.

For each of us, music is an escape from the harsh reality of everyday. We promise not only great music, but a wonderful preformance as well. Tell us what ya think and we'll always talk to anyone, whether you want to just chat, want advice or wants to give us advice, we'll be very happy to listen.
