Apryle Dalmacio is a self taught singer/songwriter who has captivated the hearts of the Inland Empire as award-winning BEST COUNTRY and BEST FEMALE ARTIST for the 2009 INLAND EMPIRE MUSIC AWARDS.
This aspiring artist has been on stage all her life dreaming that some day her music will inspire and captivate listeners and viewers across the world. It is her powerful, dynamic, and expressive voice that has brought her this far.
She has performed for "The Female Acoustic Showcase" featuring several award winning female artists from across Southern California, as well as the opening celebration of the âMusical Instrumentsâ sponsored by Best Buy, and has had the honor to humbly perform for charity events including The American Cancer Society's Relay For Life.
In 2007, she came home as a third place winner from a âBattle of the Bandsâ held in one of L.A.âs most famous venues BB Kings Blues Club at Universal City Walk and competed as one of the top 7 finalists for the 2009 Upland Lemon Festival Idol.
Apryle has had the opportunity to be featured on several types of respected publications and media from the United States to the Philippine Islands. Her music has aired on several radio stations including KUCR 88.3fm with DJ Tina Bold, IE Coffee Radio KCAA 1050am with Ralph Torres, Inland Empireâs talk radio KTIE 590am with Coffee General Cliff Young, and Cut N Dry Talent Radio with Chris Kalt. Apryle has even starred in her own radio show as a DJ for Cal State San Bernardino's Coyote Radio.
She has been an innovation to journalists in the Inland Empire Weekly, the Press Enterprise, and Philippine's most prime media networks GMA7 news where her biography became a world wide story through television, print, and the Web. It was not until Apryle's appearance on GMA7's hit TV show, "OFW Diaries" hosted by Kara David, turned this Inland Empire local celeb into an Asian Pop Icon.
