Apathetic Discharge was formed during the winter of 2002 determined to let spirit shine through in passionate music once again. They have used musical sources spanning from the most extreme to the most beautiful music known to man’s ears today. Technicality, complexity, brutality, and most importantly heart, are the distinct elements in Apathetic Discharge’s music, and passion is still the main ingredient throughout the entire fusion of musical elements. Apathetic Discharge has shared the stage with many national, major-label bands who have toured the world many times over. They have received praise from well-known producer, Colin Richardson (Chimaira, Machine Head). Apathetic Discharge has played all over the southeast proving that hard-work and strict determination does indeed pay off if the heart is on a pure path and is prepared for sacrifice. The music has always been passionate and will always remain as such. The main purpose of the music is to portray a positive message in a genre where everything is drenched with negativity and a lack of hope, but Apathetic Discharge is determined to let people know there is always hope, no matter what.
